James Wong qualified as a Barrister (England) in 1996 and is admitted as an Advocate/Solicitor (Singapore) since 1999. He started his legal training in litigation and established his corporate career, initially in capital markets, and then practised financial restructuring in London as well as cross-border insolvency debt workouts with American whiteshoe firms.
James served as member of SCCA's International Liaison subcommittee (2005-2011) and as its honorary auditor (2011-2012) appointed by the General Committee during his time as general counsel of Crescent group, a private equity investment funds manager. James is the honorary legal adviser to Singapore Corporate Counsel Association since 2017. JW has been recognised as Private Equity legal team-leader (2012), Corporate M&A JV Specialist (2013), Investment Funds Lawyer (2014), Outstanding Corporate Lawyer (2015), Singapore Business Lawyer (2017), Singapore Investment Specialist Lawyer (2018) and Singapore Corporate Finance Lawyer (2019) by legal reporters & offshore research publishers for the years he has returned to Singapore practice as a partner and in senior/director role of law firms.
Tan Kok Siong
Kok Siong has 14 years of investment experience in alternative asset management. He has worked with several financial institutions including AIA Singapore as a director, HSBC Singapore, Prudential Singapore; he started his career with Andersen Consulting after graduation. Kok Siong previous experiences include portfolio constructions and management with a focus on low volatility alternative investments. He has had a positive performance as a portfolio manager since 2005, including during the financial crisis year of 2008. He is responsible for the wealth management of UHNW individuals/families and now run the Tritium Fund at Swaen Capital. Tritium Fund is an absolute return fund that aims to achieve low volatility and to be uncorrelated to traditionAL financial markets.
Kok Siong graduated with Honours in Computer Science from the National University of Singapore and University of California Berkeley; among the top of his cohort.

Lawrence Lim is a proven leader and strategic thinker with more than 24 years of experience in human resource management, event organisation, operations, capability development, organisational development and transition management. He orchestrated the Opening and Closing Ceremonies of the 28th SEA Games in Singapore (in June 2015). An ultimate professional, Lawrence has deep operational experience developed over many years from working with listed companies, consultants, institutions and governments from all over the world. Besides winning the Leading CEO Award from the Singapore Human Resources Institute in September 2014, and receiving the Singapore SOKA Association Goodwill Award in 2015 for leadership in the 28th SEA Games, Lawrence has also won the Singapore Defence Technology Prize (Research and Development category) in 2006.
Lawrence holds 5 Masters Degrees from the Imperial College of London, Naval Postgraduate School, Royal College of Canada, and the Massachusettes Institute of Technology (MIT). He retired from the SAF as the Chief of Artillery in 2016.
